Chimay is almost a sacrament. If the monks get to drink this I'd consider joining up.

Here's what I think of this beer: for years I made sure that I bought a couple of these for my best friend and I to share when we got together about 1x/year.

BTW, you can get real Trappist cheeses and such from an abbey in wisconsin or something.

Chimay Blue is probably my favorite of the three. It has a very good mouthfeel AND great taste. The flavors are not overpowering (surprising for an unfiltered and unpasteurized beer). Blue has less alcohol content than the red, and it shows in the taste. It's pretty expensive, but well worth it.
